Everything came on time. The brush case is very nice. While all the brushes are soft and have been wrapped in virgin plastic. The reason I put 4 instead of 5 is because my fan brushes were a bit bruised. A particularly large fan doesn't branch out quite the way I'd hoped. The bristles appear deformed and stick out strangely. The reason I bought this one and not the other is because of the large selection of brushes and I was keen to have a large and a small fan so it was a little annoying that the fan arrived squished. I hope I can change its form. Also, the pink color is a bit more pastel than I originally suspected from the photos. I will keep and use them although they are really comfortable on my skin. I'll see how long they last. I would also like the brushes to be individually labeled for what they are intended to be used for. It would be helpful.
