Tried it a few times to see if I could get good results. But it is not. I don't know if it does what it's supposed to because I can't drink it as intended, it's too grainy/coarse, it doesn't mix well with water! Reminds me of sour milk. Not sure how they can call it refreshing when you're sick all the time when it's shut down!
