I love how quick my team was able fix issues as they came up during our first training session! We have been using workshop since we hired out some virtual assistants last year who were paid through this service (we are not sure if their paychecks went directly into ours).
The customer support has always gotten back quickly with any questions/issues when needed so far everything's great!! There really isn't anything bad about working here - but then again there hasn’t even BEEN one yet haha :) Our biggest issue right now seems like something will come along eventually though which i'm excitedly anticipating because its going be super helpful once implemented :D.
