I bought this dispenser because of the price and I regret it. The tension locks as you pull it around the pallet. Due to the very small footprint, it falls on its side when parked. The grip is hard and uncomfortable. The grip angle is also uncomfortable. I got what I paid for. Low price = low quality. Not satisfied and would not recommend this to anyone using this type of machine on a regular basis. If you're relocating and need a cheap disposable item, this is for you.
