*Update*** The very next morning after I reported my problem, I received an email from the seller. They fixed the problem and sent a replacement. Judy was the one who helped me and she was very nice via email. I definitely recommend buying through this seller. ** Well we got them today and my daughter loves them. When I decided not to put them on until the third frost and pulled on the strap at the back, unfortunately it broke! And I didn't push too hard. 😣 so we taped them shut but I'm so sad they broke so easily. She says they are very comfortable!
