I have to say I'm very impressed. I admit I was almost put off by the comments regarding the small outlet and its clogging. I researched it and understood why it is designed that way. The brewer is designed to heat water up to 200 degrees and has a 4-5 minute brew cycle achieved with a single hole and all copper internals. What happens if you don't clean the brew basket or use the small brush that came with the machine? The coffee oil collects over the hole and clogs it. Do not drill the hole more or follow other recommendations, it will affect the quality of the coffee. This is actually a very simple fix, just rinse after each use and make sure the hole doesn't get clogged! Second, I accidentally dropped my first coffee maker. and ruptured the reservoir. I bought a second car because I really like it and didn't want to be without it and called moccamaster to fix the broken one. Extremely easy repair policy! $59 to repair all machinery, $99 to repair a broken tank or glass tube. For the money they fix anything that's broken. Also, the prices on their website are clearly stated and not typical, send us the device and we'll make you an offer! Overall a great product from a great company and I won't hesitate to buy a third :)
