I bought a phone from them. After loading the phone with my data. The phone is hot. I was surprised but I thought I downloaded all the data so maybe that was the reason for the phone getting warm. I turned off the phone, waited an hour and turned it back on. The phone has warmed up again. I felt uncomfortable holding this phone so I sent it back. I haven't received a full refund. This company saved my taxes which was over $76. I was so surprised when they said it was a restocking fee. I would like to keep this phone. It was a great price and I wanted this phone to work. Otherwise I would not have uploaded all my data. I wrote a bad review. The seller replied that if I delete the review, they would consider refunding my taxes. In the meantime I haven't deleted the review and still haven't received a refund. I consider this business tactic to be dishonest.
