Review on STETION Release License Diameter Aluminum by Joseph Meola

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Superior Quality Cheaper Version with Brand Name (Quik Release)

I've been using these for my front bumper for two months and will definitely buy them for my rear bumper next time. I suggest using 2 for each side of your bumper rather than 1 just for extra security/strength (a build is rated at 150lbs). When the product arrived I was skeptical and, to be honest, a little apprehensive. The nuts were a bit loose on the threads of the bolt, which made me think it might strip or strip the threads (can be tightened with teflon tape), but that's not a problem (I personally didn't use tape). Aside from that, installation was easy, remove the bumper, cut a hole in the bumper, insert the latch assembly into the hole, tighten the screw to the frame and snap into place. I live in Chicago and we get a decent amount of rainfall. I drove through big puddles at high speeds, the force of the impact didn't affect the quick releases (can't wait for winter). I would recommend this brand to anyone looking for a bumper sag/AEM bumper install/quick release etc solution. It is also the best solution for rubber band quick releases as it does not require drilling holes in the fenders which can cause rusting. Corrosion. 5 stars with no bullish rating.
