It can be seen that our devices are made solid and charged. Arrived well protected in the packaging and is the perfect length for my needs. UPDATE 2 months later: Still loads well; but whoever connects and disconnects from the device the most now has a weaker connection. So it's okay to plug and unplug the device, but you need to be careful when moving/holding the device while it's charging as the connection is so weak that it might interrupt the charging process. It's not as bad as some loose connections if you have to wiggle them around to charge; when you plug it in and make it work great.
