4 stars because there was no fleece lining

Cute but should have been lined on the inside with fleece. However the baby seemed to be warm regardless. May not fit all toddlers due to sizing limitations.

So so cute, good quality! The hat is a little bit big on my 8 month old but that''s okay because there''s room to grow and also she''s really small for her age.
