I use this product for our customer service department as it allows us to quickly respond via phone call/text message when needed by customers. We have not found any downsides at all! It has been very easy so far using pagegate compared to other products we've tried before. The only thing about their support team could do better would just being more available during normal business hours (8-5). They are great though once you get them working through your issue they really work hard to sort out problems without charging excessive fees like some of the competition does. This helps keep costs down which makes sense since everyone knows how expensive these services cost now days.
