Extra small. According to the manufacturer's size chart, my child should be a size 100 (4 to 5 years old). My child is 3.5 years old and he is small in shoulders, torso, under arms. The leg length is good although narrow and the crotch is thicker because it is too big. However, the leotard that my baby will grow out of in less than a year is $12. I will buy a larger size.
