No instructions. Luckily, another customer posted a great how-to video. But only one tie could be drawn. The rest don't. I can't even use them. Lack of Liability. The one with the cord was, but it literally fell apart because a piece came loose. I was very gentle. It's just not well designed. I won't buy anymore.
