This gives a nice stretch that I can't replicate on myself. For a person with longstanding neck problems, it really realigns the neck and provides a relaxing and effective stretch for often overused and tight neck muscles. The "forward bend" we use a lot in our daily lives is harmful and, to put it simply, helps "put things right." The plastic could be a potential problem in the future as it flexes a bit, but that's how it is. away, I'm impressed.
