Stable monitor stand

Very stable monitor stand. It's very easy to set up. The tense hand seems to hold its position when I raise it. I move my monitor between 2-3 settings throughout the day. So it's either folded and over my laptop but tilted down slightly, slid forward and levitating right over my laptop without bending down, or fully extended, rotated 90° and dropped right under the laptop (where my laptop's camera is positioned to align with the underside (frame of my monitor) and tilted more downward because I'm sitting farther than usual. The only drawback is the height adjustment. It's basically a fixed position as you have to use an Allen key to loosen the up/down slider. Which is difficult with the built-in monitor. So it's okay to estimate the upper and lower limits you need and adjust the vertical height to meet those needs. I feel like it has enough room to move up or down to rotate my ultra-wide monitor the way I like it. But my monitor is not very big. Just very wide. My mini table on wheels is hidden in a narrow alcove. Thus, the monitor stand is fixed in the back center of my tiny table. And with your back to the wall. This prevents the arm from collapsing completely and moving the "elbow" just behind the bar. It doesn't bother me as I want my monitor to be covered by my face. But thought I should point this out if you want to slide the monitor back. I also wish the mounting plates had handles that allow you to slide or tilt the monitor with a sense of security. I'd rather move a strong connector than my lightweight, plastic-coated monitor to adjust the position. And it looks beautiful. Feels good. Works as it should.
