I bought these headphones for my son in mid-August. Three months later, in mid-November, the headphones began to "play” (one headphone constantly does not work, does not connect, does not charge fully, does not charge at all, etc.). Until the end of December they were not charged at all. Just called Amazon to see what can be done, they said it was a third party purchase with manufacturer warranty. The Amazon supervisor said she would get the number and call them. I was on hold for quite a while when the Amazon supervisor came back online. She said she tried calling the ESR number but she is disconnected and there is no other number! I spent $50 on ESR headphones to get them working for four months. I strongly advise you not to buy these because if yours breaks you're out of luck either.
