Mom gave me this for my birthday. This was one of the necklaces I looked at after my cat died. It's smaller than I expected, which is good. The length of the chain suits me, and the screw is reliable. It's a bit difficult in my opinion, but you get used to it in a few minutes. I had no problems with him, I was afraid to sleep with him but it was good. It doesn't tangle with my other necklace and is one of the best necklaces I own. It contains a lot less ash than I expected, but that's ok, as long as I have some of it I'm done. I highly recommend this chain.
