Works but the size does not match the description.

The description says "22 inches from split to C13". Not the ones I received. The distance from the connector to each C13 is 11 inches which I think means that if you spread the female ends they can get about 22 inches apart but of course they will be pointing in opposite directions. It's installed now so I can't measure the exact length from the AC plug to the socket, but it's not 47 inches like the description says, it's much more than 60 inches. I bought it to power an iMac and a second monitor, with a cable running down from the desk. It ended up needing a foot of IEC extension to make it work.
