It was "fairly" easy to assemble and no tools were required. The top and bottom somehow converged. It was a struggle (had to ask for help) to get the fabric on one of the posts as it fits snugly. Once assembled I was satisfied until I pushed it. I checked the wheels and they weren't locked, but one was dragging and wasn't moving smoothly. It's pretty cheap, maybe around $25 or so, since the materials are really thin aluminum rods, plastic corners, and fabric. A good size, however, it is set up for a lot of use and has plenty of places to use in a child's room. Diaper pails with slots at the top for baby powder, lotion, baby wipes and more. There is also space on the side and bottom for blankets, clothes and more. I love the design and it goes well (grey) with my neutral modern decor. It's functional but can be a little tricky in terms of assembly and steering issues. I would also like to point out that my box was delivered damaged. The Amazon box it came in was in good condition but the packaging on the trolley looked like it was cardboard wet and warm. Then dried again. I haven't seen any damage to the product itself so I'm assuming the box got wet in storage? I'm satisfied with the function, but not completely satisfied with the quality.
