I didn't see any description that they were bows. I'm glad they were as I was concerned they would arrive deformed. These bows made Sweet 16 gifts even more special! I don't normally use bows because people tend to tear up presents, but since this was for Sweet 16 I wanted it to look even more special. My niece was especially excited to see all of her beautiful gifts. These bows are easy to assemble if pulled slowly. But be sure to decorate the gift, because the curling ties are not very strong and can break if force is applied.
