I actually bought a 9 inch pot of squats. The 7" I used is more suitable for someone with longer legs. Anyway, a few other options came up during my search. After looking at different shapes, heights and styles, I chose this cute one with confidence Folding stool. It's easy to use and perfect size to put your feet on the throne. Of course, it has many other uses when we smaller people only need 9" more. When folded, this stool is so small/ thin.easy to store.I recommend this product.
