So far I like this pillow a lot. I have been having neck pain and headaches when I wake up for so long and I have tried so many pillows. I was going to buy the My Pillow but it always gets mixed reviews. So I decided to try this one. At first I was disappointed because I found it way too firm. I removed some of the filling but it was still too firm. I removed more filling and it's very comfortable now. I may remove even more. (I removed more filling than the little bag they send you held. Probably twice as much.) Don't be afraid to remove filling to get your desired firmness because you can always put some back. It's kind of messy though, so you'll need to vacuum!'
