I like how much access I have to my recruiter/client manager whenever there's something going down or changing at work that might affect me as well! It would be nice if they had more flexibility for those who are self-employed but also need some level of benefits from their employer (i'm not sure this part was ever implemented). Overall it helps keep you organized with all your contacts & scheduling when needed. The only downside so far has been having to pay out of pocket for certain things such as dental insurance which wasn't available through our current payroll provider until after we signed up w/WAVESTAFF. So far, everything seems good though & looks forward to being able to use them again once we switch over to HealthCareREIT next year!!
