This pillow is just right. The combination of support and flexibility is perfect for my needs. It has a low profile so it doesn't interfere with the alignment of my hips and spine. Concealed zip for easy removal for washing. It doesn't make me sweat or itch like some of the foam pillows I've tried in the past. I also like her weight because she stays in place most of the night. . If I have restless sleep at night and toss and turn a lot, then I should set it to the minimum. I feel significant relief from burning pain in my thigh caused by lying on my side/pressure point. This pillow helped me a lot. I'm grateful for the opportunity to try it for review.
