Bought to fly. My child is just 2 years old and loves them. She played with them throughout the 2 hour drive and asked about them as soon as we boarded the return flight. The box they come in makes a good storage container, but it also comes with a binding ring that goes through the cards and a plastic case for the water pen, so it's handy for saving space. The white color that covers the image and the letters that give it magic disappear completely and reappear after a few minutes. My 2 year old could play with this for hours; When she returned to A, the image was gone. The only negative is that I kept the water in the pen and kept the pen cards in a quart sized zippered bag. Water has entered and damaged several cards. The cards on the cards have worn and softened as you would expect from any other paper. The instructions say not to store water in the paddock but I figured the drive to the airport wouldn't be long enough. My mistake although I deducted a star because I would love this product more if I didn't.
