The quality and customer experience is fantastic!!
I like that they are very professional, friendly people to work with! They have been extremely helpful in our business transition from another designer/company. There has not really anything i dislike about them as far as service goes but if you do need something done quickly please be prepared for some delays because of their busy schedule during normal working hours. We needed help transitioning over to this new system which was time sensitive so we were able to get set up within 2 days after signing contract.
Pros
- Their ability when trying out any kind graphics or design changes is top notch.
- When contacting one person will always reach back through multiple means until it's fixed properly without delay once again due diligence being put into finding where your issue lies at first place before coming down together solving problems
- Always ready willing & eager :)
Cons
- Some minor bugs here& there along way while using program such thing happen occasionally just can't say nope everything works flaw
