I like that it has so many different features, but sometimes i dont know what all these options are for! It can be complicated at times when you're new or not familiar with how everything works together in one solution - keep exploring your dashboard until its clear which sections work best within each feature area (for example; if there's too much information/features available). We have been able solve some problems we were having before by implementing this software into our workflow process.- Tracking customer engagement- Managing campaigns across multiple channels such as email / text messaging etc.
