Disappointed Good for eyebrow tint

Frankly disappointed. If I were to pay $20 for it I would at least hope the packaging was there and really new. But when it just comes in, it's basically like a test tube. I don't trust it. I spent my money on this because I would never use a product that wasn't sent to me boxed and sealed. I am sorry
