When it comes to replacing joysticks, my biggest concern is if they still have the same rubbery texture. Many third-party models look the same but are made out of hard plastic instead. I am happy to say that they are not like the others. They are legally the same as OEM in every respect. The only difference is the magnetic pattern on the bottom, but that doesn't affect functionality.
