Review on SCCKE Alligator Crocodile Connector Disconnect Replacement Parts best in Lighting & Electrical by Charlie Powell

I bought this with the matching SAE cable ring from SCCKE. These are the correct cables and I particularly like the fuse and extra fuses that come with the cables and the large alligator clips. The fuses actually saved my battery and power supply from multiple misconnections that shorted out the fuse rather than damaging a device. However, the SAE connector on this cable does not mate properly with the corresponding SAE ring cable. The positive wire from the power supply connects to the positive (red marked) wire with a white line. At the SAE connector, the actual positive current flows through the "negative" or black wire to the black alligator clip. When I connected the cables to the battery I didn't notice this and went through 4 fuses on the first connection (one in each cable, two cables x 2). At first I thought the problem was a blown wire or fuse and didn't realize I was connecting the wrong ends to the battery. Overall these are good quality cables and the fuses help prevent damage to anything drawing the current. However, incorrect markings and lines must be corrected as soon as possible to avoid confusion and possible dangers of use.
