During the pandemic, my kids have been exposed to more screens than I'd like, but that's a reality I've had to come to terms with. However, my blue light glasses helped me a lot, so I decided to buy them to prevent at least *some* of the negative side effects that can come up during screen time. Are. Wonderful. Not only are the glasses themselves gorgeous and affordable, but all the accessories that come with them are awesome! The cases are so cute and durable that they come with a mini screwdriver to adjust the glasses, a cleaning cloth, glasses straps, stickers and a few more things. My kids love them and wear them all the time. It was an exceptional and pleasant surprise given their availability. I would highly recommend them to any kid who spends more than an hour a day in front of a screen - which, to be honest, almost every kid is.
