So comfortable best during pregnancy and maternity
This pillow is perfect. I first bought a much larger U-shaped pillow thinking I wanted to be swallowed up by plush. It turned out to be too big and the U-shaped part bothered me (too big to use as a pillow, too irritating for the legs). It was the perfect thickness, I could still use a regular pillow and it wasn't uncomfortable for my feet. You can also rotate Part J away from the small pillow so it's off your feet at all. Offers good back support. Overall, my sleep gets a lot better in the second trimester!
