Quality product, decent service, with a few forgivable issues.

First of all let me say that I like this product. It is well designed and I find it to be sturdy and of good quality. I installed with a walk-through table grommet (the instructions did NOT really help in terms of measuring etc. If you are installing a walk-through table you need to make sure you leave enough space for the top under the table to ensure it fits I got it "just right", almost by accident. Once installed, it stands very solidly on the table. My 32" Bent Philips is on the high end of the recommended 17lb range, but it seems to be holding up very well I had to tighten the VESA mount significantly after unboxing (poor quality control or return shipping) - Received on a Sunday, so called next business day, and the rep promptly shipped USPS Priority 2 VESA mounts, which should have been in the box. At this point I haven't actually inspected much more closely I should have done/installed/something else, none of this affects functionality out, but if I buy new, I want NEW, not "New".3. Also missing: There are rubber washers under the foot to protect the table top. I was missing 1 and the other one I found was stuck on top of the base. Quality control issues again. I had to fabricate something to "balance" the board properly (used a 3M strip that I cut myself). Setting from the base is a very new mechanism. You pull the lever out and push it back down to spin. That means you don't have to use a wrench or screwdriver to make adjustments. There are 2 very small bolts on the center stand that can be tightened after you have bolted the work stand down, but they are small and a little flimsy so I just left them as is. I love that the base has USB ports and comes with 2 USB 3.0 cables so it's really nice to have these for charging USB devices etc. The VESA mounts are also quick-release in case you need to remove or replace the monitor (nice). For the price I think it's a decent product and I would recommend it, just make sure you get what you pay for and check the contents of the box before you start installing. I recommend that if you intend to use this for a sit/stand type application that you place the armrest higher on the stand. Installation tip for using Grommet.1. Like my father always said. Measure twice, cut once. Before drilling a hole in the table make sure you have the mounting location, I marked mine but I also put tape on the top and bottom of the table before drilling the hole in case the drill bit slips or the disguise began to come off a part. The minimum thickness of the table I believe is 1 inch (same as mine).

Pros
  • Compatibility - Fits most standard 17" to 32" computer monitors (both flat and curved). VESA quick release mounts are available in 75x75mm and 100x100mm sizes. There are two USB 3.0 ports at the base of the stand for easy access when you need to charge your device or sync something with your computer.
