It arrived in two days and we are very happy. I paid less than $9 plus free shipping. The sleeves are slightly longer which promises a fit for next year, but that's not a problem as they actually have velcro closure. on the outside of the sleeve which allows me to tighten it once his arm is through so he can still wear his little Thomas trains and he doesn't have tight sleeves blocking his arm movement. a hat with ear flaps that fastens under the chin so the hood doesn't interfere with the car seat.
