Although there were no air holes through the clamps, it was very tight to wear for just a moment. The elastic should be adjustable or much longer. It easily covered my nose and mouth, and my glasses didn't fog up as I inhaled and exhaled. I bought them for someone else. If they don't fit, I have to send them back. This is the ONLY problem. Everything else is great, but I don't know who can wear something this tight for more than a few minutes. PS The package is badly damaged but the goods are not.
