Every night, no matter how chilly it was in my room, I would wake up drenched in sweat. It would be so bad I would have to get up and change my pajamas. I tried other methods like cooling and still woke up sweaty. I'm so glad I found this pillow as it works like a dream. When you lay your head on it, it doesn't feel cold, but you can feel the heat slowly dissipating and spreading throughout the pillow, keeping you cool. The last three nights with him have been the best sweat free nights I've had in a long time.
