Review on TechnoSource by Terence Dardant

The ease of use, it's ability to integrate with our ERP system, all screens are customizable so we can tailor them for each store/department. I like that when there is an issue (which happens daily), support responds immediately and gets back to you quickly with solutions. There isn't anything in particular about this product that I dislike; however as mentioned above, some customers may have issues with certain features not working well or at all. We've been using this software since 2012 and has never had any problems until recently when they updated their software. Now when someone tries to make changes from the home screen they get errors. This causes us to lose work and then need to go into another program to do what was supposed to be done right away by this one.
