I had a period of adjustment. After reading a few reviews I honestly thought the pillow would be softer and more comfortable. I am a longtime down pillow user but wanted something with more neck support. I ordered a softer king size version. I considered sending it back but then read the reviews about the removable cover and ordered one which made a difference. On the other hand, the pillow supports my neck more. It holds its shape and doesn't shift like down pillows. I haven't had it that long so I don't know what the long term quality will be but I'm impressed with the warranty. Honestly, I prefer feather pillows, but I'm hoping this will help my neck in the long run. Good customer service and they respond quickly to emails.
