They were 2 inches dry and then expanded to 3 inches or more when wet which is also a lot softer!
Not sure if I'm out of luck, I'll try again, but both jaws were about 2 inches wide at their widest point. Too small for the face. UPDATE and UPDATE: I got a second one and it actually occurred to me to wet them because they feel so incredibly hard. I'm from Greece and dry lips don't look like it! It probably has something to do with the "cleansing cure" carried out in Germany. They say they are collected in Greece and then processed in Germany. I'm happy to report that they expand to the advertised size when wet and are as soft as the greek sponges I'm used to!
