Best in Eyes Dried Mascara

I'm not sure if I received a bad tube or something, but the mascara was completely dry and I couldn't return or exchange it. Rather than buy a new one I decided to try Hairgenics Lavish Lash HD, an ultra premium ultra high definition volume mascara that costs about the same price but works amazingly well, it actually contains tiny hair fibers, which thicken and lengthen. My lashes, lashes look amazing with this stuff.
