Works perfectly as it should. The camera is nicely packaged and includes 2 Duracell AAs which is nice. Although I've never owned a 360, I use 360 controllers for my gaming PC. The Xbox One controllers are much better ergonomically and the buttons are much easier to press. This controller works with a PC with a USB dongle that can be purchased separately. There were some initial issues connecting a controller to the console, but using the reset connection button on the top left of the controller after powering it on resolved the issue. I have 2 controllers, both needed updates before they could be used. Battery life is incredible even with AA alkaline batteries. I've lost count of how long I've been using original batteries. I've since switched to a basic charging kit with 700mAh NiMH batteries, which still last for several hours before needing a recharge. Can't comment on the 3.5mm headphone jack as I haven't used it yet.
