I like that it allows us access from anywhere in our organization - either at home or work! The interface can be difficult sometimes but there are many helpful tutorials online if you need help getting started with certain features/apps within SSC Connections such as Outlook Web Access / OWA which we use heavily here daily!! It's not perfect by any means; however they do have frequent updates coming out so things get better all of time. Try using their support team when having issues rather than trying fix them yourself because most likely your issue will just go unresolved until someone else comes along who has an idea how to solve yours specifically :) We're able to share files across departments more efficiently now without needing FTP servers everywhere around campus.
