I don't know what I would do if I didn't have these foams! Compression underwear hurts your skin after lipo (wherever you do it) and mini tummy tuck, you can use it after c-section too! you absolutely need them! The thicker the better, I have just ordered another thicker triple pack for my next scheduled treatment. It's bad when you have to go to the bathroom to undress and put on again because everything is so tight. I had a square bruise. I just deleted it and eventually it resolved thankfully! They'll also help after the swelling goes down because you'll be sore - so if you sit or accidentally hit something (even with your own hand 🤦🏽‍♀️), it's nice to have a little pillow to protect you. Don't try to get over it. I have a high pain threshold and trust me you will need help. I'm seven days post-op after having my inner thighs done and they still hurt and I'm still using foam. Helps with driving.
