I bought this for my wife because I know she doesn't like the lights in my car. It's a dim light from above and doesn't give her the best light for applying makeup when we're out for dinner or any other special occasion. I saw this light and decided to surprise her and she loves it. It delivers light from all directions and there's a setting for you, as well as a bright white setting, a softer white setting, or a third mode with both for a very bright setting. They're LED, so they last a while without charging. It was in a rush but I'm definitely glad I bought it! The mirror is also large so you can actually see your face, not just with one eye at a time.
