My only complaint is that when I ordered the shard it came very loosely packaged and came with minimal packing material so of course the clay pot was broken. I contacted the company to update them on the condition of the shard and the packaging. They promised they would fix it in time, which they did. When I asked how to return the broken one, they said not to return it, they don't need it. Now, after about two months, they want to return it, otherwise I'll pay the same for the replaced pot as for the broken one. So they lied and try to pretend that I'm trying to fool them. Don't believe anything these people tell you, you can't believe a single word they say. I love my butter dish but not the company! I will never deal with them again. Make sure the oil is packed very tightly with no air pockets, otherwise the oil will slide down into the water. Love it, it's sweet and keeps the oil fresh and spreadable.
