After reading the reviews of these wide waist pants I was blown away. I don't have a slim waist, so my pants are often too tight in the waist and make me uncomfortable. Even though they are big. So you have the connection, today I'm 140 pounds, I'm 5ft 5 inches tall, I'm straight up and down, not much back and no protruding stomach. I bought a big one because there are so many things here. these are not small. I'll come back for the average. I'm not sure if anyone knows what "winter" pants are. I don't ski, but I go outside and I want to keep warm. You'll need thermal underwear underneath and at least a knee-length coat and boots if you're wearing them in the snow.
