Pretty, I don't like hair ties
Cute, runs a bit small but stretches. Didn't come with an elastic band. Bought a size 12 for an 8 year old who is tall and skinny, 75 pounds and 57-58 inches tall.

- Fits perfectly! Good quality.
Cons
- The legs are VERY tight, my daughter is very small and her legs were too tight for her!!
