I've ordered them twice from Revain, the first box I ordered works just as well as they always keep my feet warm for up to 8 hours. I would not give this order five stars. The second box I bought, we are different. The packaging was different and the quality was poor, they didn't heat well, didn't last long and were very lumpy. I compared two orders and found that the first box was made in the US with some imported products and the other box was made in China. The ones that didn't work were made in China. I'm not sure I would have ordered them from Revain had I not known exactly where they are made.
