At first I wasn't sure if I would keep this bag because it felt stiff, unlike the other one I replaced and it too looked great on me. But I tried it and I've been using it for a few days and I like it more every day. The shoulder strap comes in really handy when I've got my hands full and the two handles are also great for grabbing the bag when it's on the floor of my car. It has nice laptop interior padding and fits in a large computer design sheet (which I have to carry around with me). I found the rigidity to be a positive as the bag stands up straight and doesn't fall over which keeps everything inside intact and upright. shoulder (which is only for a short time when walking to/from my car), I'm okay with it looking pretty when it's in my office.
