This is a cheap product. Got a Note 9 and it's nothing more than a standard Samsung charger. The phone shows how long it takes to fill up. That's almost twice as long when I plug in this charger. When I use my phone with the charger plugged in, the battery percentage doesn't increase at all. The 3.0 slot was actually slower than their 2.4. Maybe it's because my phone isn't configured for 3 amps. Maybe he just didn't need it. My advice: look for branded items.
